Through individual sessions, the conflicting
parties learn the Enneagram system in order to understand themselves
and their behavior better before entering the joint conflict- resolution
sessions. Insights from the Enneagram are also used during the sessions
as a framework for understanding interpersonal interactions and as a
context for analyzing and resolving organizational sources of the conflict,
such as roles, power, organizational structure, values, culture, or
resources.
