Diversity with the
Enneagram
Developing an organization-wide diversity initiative
to create an inclusive,
multicultural organization that enables every employee to make
a full contribution to the organization's success
Bogda & Associates has seventeen years of
consulting experience in the area of strategic diversity initiatives.
This experience includes conducting diversity assessments; facilitating
sessions to enlist the support of senior executives; helping clients
develop a diversity vision and strategy; creating a diversity infrastructure
to drive the initiative; designing and facilitating training programs
for human resource personnel, managers, and individual contributors;
and developing other specialized programs as needed.
Diversity focuses on group differences such as those based on race,
culture, gender, physical abilities, sexual orientation, and socio-economic
status. The Enneagram is used to examine differences as they relate
to Enneagram style. In addition, the Enneagram system is used to help
people differentiate among the personality-related aspects of a conflict;
the organizational factors involved such as resources, roles, and performance
management systems and issues; and such other sources of the conflict
as culture, race, gender, and sexual orientation. Knowledge of the Enneagram
is also helpful to members of employee networks who want to learn how
to navigate the interpersonal relationship networks within the organization.
