Leadership Development
with the Enneagram
An intensive, organization-wide development program
for the organization's leaders, supervisors, and high-potential employees
The leadership development program begins
with an online, 360º feedback leadership survey. Once the surveys have
been completed, participants engage in a series of facilitated group
sessions to learn the Enneagram system, identify their Enneagram styles,
and understand the connection between their Enneagram style and leadership
style. After these preliminary sessions, participants review their 360º
leadership feedback and receive assistance from an experienced executive
coach, who helps them understand the data's key points and trends.
The subsequent leadership development sessions help participants to
examine their leadership paradigms, understand the role of leadership,
build new leadership skills, and create individualized leadership development
plans. The new leadership training sessions are determined by the organization's
needs and the results from the online leadership survey.
