Team Development with
the Enneagram
Developing high performance in work units, project
teams, committees, and task forces
In addition to boosting morale and improving
work relationships, team development consulting also helps teams address
other issues they may be facing — for example, team vision, goals,
roles, strategy development, structure, conflict, and leadership.
The Enneagram is taught in one of two ways: (1) through individual interviews
conducted prior to the facilitated team development session(s), or (2)
to the entire team as part of the actual team development session(s).
The insights of the Enneagram are integrated with organization development
theory and practice during the session(s) as the team moves to high-performance.

Process:
Set objectives with team leader
Conduct team assessment
Review themes from assessment with leader
Facilitate team-development session(s)
