The following in-house training programs
include an introduction to the Enneagram, seven different organizational
applications of the Enneagram, and a train-the-trainers program. Each
program integrates time-tested models from the field of organization
development with the insights of the Enneagram. As a result, participants
learn what to do, how to do it, and why it works. Sessions are facilitated,
highly interactive, and intellectually stimulating, and all provide
opportunities to practice new skills and behaviors. (Half-day,
one-day, and two-day or longer programs are available.)
