During this intensive train-the-trainers program, in-house
staff learn the fundamentals of the Enneagram system and how to integrate
the Enneagram with the following organizational challenges:
- Improving communication
- Giving effective feedback
- Managing conflict constructively
- Creating high-performing teams
- Building leadership capability
- Developing exemplary coaches
- Providing transformative personal/professional development programs
In addition, participants learn the nuances of facilitating
Enneagram-based programs and receive a trainer's manual that includes
training designs and instructions, along with color transparencies of
the Enneagram graphics and organization development models used in the
training programs. In-house personnel will train alongside expert Enneagram
trainers who offer support, supervision, and feedback. (Program
is three nonconsecutive weeks.)
